      There are some really amazing people who work here, they should be in higher positions.

      Cons

      Actual supervisors are horrible. Paying is not to competition. If you are not a supervisor you are under appreciated. There isnt much room to grow.

      Flexibility in schedule and getting to know people in the different acute settings

      Cons

      Paid per patient, schedule not always what you want, and management is interesting.
