      -You won't be micromanaged -You WILL be supported by your teammates -People of color!! Working with children and families of color!!

      -Not many positive incentives outside of C+A -You'll be on call (where clients families are concerned) -Frequent updates about expectations that aren't necessarily protocol from higher up
