HRO is a great place to work. Everyone gets along very well together and it is a great work environment. We have early finish every Friday. This was originally in the Summer months but now we have it all year round. Hard work is certainly recognized and there are many advancement opportunities.

There is a high standard for quality of work so attention to detail is really important, which is sometimes difficult.

I have been at HRO for 3 years and I love my job. We work hard at HRO but we also have a lot of fun. You have to be on your game at HRO as there is no room for slacking off. We have a half day every Friday and we get out early most other days. Management really cares and we love our clients....and they love us.

Every day is a new day and there are challenges. Although the company is pretty relaxed, our clients are very demanding and there is not room for excuses. We have to work hard and pay attention to the details. Not all our clients appreciate what we do for them and they sometimes blame us for their mistakes but we know Management understands. this make all the difference.
