      Pros

      Free coffee, great work/life balance, good location, nice coworkers, some good leadership and some good benefits.

      Cons

      Incompetent, abusive and absent bosses are allowed full reign without any repercussion for behavior. The place is ironically an HR disaster. Staff are largely depressed and demoralized. So many poorly-planned & harebrained ideas coming from upper management.
