Pros
Humu cares SO much about their employees - it's literally a company dedicated to making work better, so internally, they also really prioritize their people. I have the most understanding and enabling manager in the entire world who has helped me succeed and supported me when I've made mistakes. There's unparalleled growth opportunities here as Humu grows as a company - it's a combination of a very fast growth company but ALSO one where the company cares about it's people and puts their people first. Last, the coworkers are second to none. It's like working together with a team of friends/family who care about you, care about the world, and are just wonderful to work with. I don't want to work anywhere else.
Cons
It's a startup, so be ready to pull up your sleeves and get down to business, but there's tremendous benefits of growth and impact there as well.
