      Pros

      People on the team were good and helpful, however, very siloed and protective of their domains due to being a PE led company. I would not recommend taking a role here, unless you're desperate.

      Cons

      - Low pay - Siloed groups - no information is shared - Protect your role at all costs - If you're not in the clique you never will be - My boss was a liar

      The company is undergoing much needed changes to help transform the organization - working at any company undergoing such changes is not for everybody. This isn't necessarily a Con, but for anyone looking to join HungerRush, prepare to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
