No Pros, though it tried hard to portray itself as a UK MNC , it is a PRC national company who prefers hiring PRC. Fire people for no reason, zero care for you as a human
Cons
Terrible work-life balance , some Managers expect you to reply messages within the second, even in weekend, never ending works Frustrating politics at times, culture. Some PRC first time Manager are very toxic, there is lots of gaslighting and still need a lot of trainings Not transparent salary or development structure Little to no recognition for contributions, some managers just take your work and present it as her own result. Manager will shifting the blame and make sb a scapegoat. Bad working environment
