Cons
Working at HDS was a challenging experience due to the toxic work environment. From the start, I noticed high turnover, with most of the team having been there for less than a year, which raised red flags. Morale is low, and the atmosphere shifts depending on the owner’s mood, making it hard to feel secure in the workplace. There’s no onboarding or training provided, so you’re expected to jump right in with no guidance. Additionally, my paychecks were consistently delayed, and I was often asked to cover company expenses on my personal card, with reimbursement promised by month’s end. Despite multiple reminders, it took considerable effort to be reimbursed. Given the low pay, it was unreasonable to be expected to front company expenses. These issues raise serious concerns about the company’s practices and overall stability.
