After working for this company, you realize how your individual center is scamming innocent families. Yes, the tutoring does help some children as all tutoring would obviously help. However, for the price of programs that are literally thousands of dollars, NOT WORTH IT. If you're paying for a child doing 1-1 tutoring, chances are they are being doubled or tutored in a group. The lack of teachers is due to management AND pay AND hours. The teacher's pay range from 10-14 dollars an hour. THIS IS FOR CURRENT TEACHERS AND OR RETIRED ONES. How absurd this company is. Not to mention your hours could be cut in an instant because you're trying to save the company money. Many days of the week we as administrative teach students when we want to save money or lack teachers. We are not QUALIFIED to teach these children nor do I have an education background. And to lie to these parent's faces when payment is collected is ridiculous. The head of the company has no idea the operations that go through in this center. ABSOLUTELY AT ALL COSTS STAY AWAY FROM WORKING AT THIS COMPANY! Working M-TH 11-830 and Sat 9-3 When you never leave on time. NOT TO MENTION YOU GET IN TROUBLE FOR GETTING PAID OVERTIME! ANDDDDDD YOU GET IN TROUBLE FOR NOT FINISHING YOUR WORK. NIGHTMARE!!
