To start, the HR team suffers abuse that they won’t speak out about it in fear of losing their hefty salaries and fluffy job titles. Oversight of this department is a complete joke and mainly due to perversion, manipulation and skillful tactics of malicious intent and practices. EVERYONE sees and notices it minus The First Family… In continuing on the topic of perversion, it is highly rewarded with created jobs, roles and promotions. Again, this is reported along with other proven acts of misconduct, racism and discrimination and absolutely nothing is done. Submit your detailed complaint and become a moving target! In fact, offenders are rehired. The directors are mostly under qualified and lack appropriate skills, judgment and experience for their jobs. Occasionally the entire team is actually out for happy hour discussing other people’s personal business and lives on the company’s dime, and it’s labeled “Off Site Meeting”. If you’re lucky enough to get hired here, you may be even more lucky enough to get moved into an office space or seat and told on the exact same day that your role is being eliminated by another team lead within the company and that your direct manager has no control of it. Coworkers smoke their vapes in the office, leaders get intoxicated in company fleet, damage vehicles and are upgraded to a newer vehicle, I mean the fun is everlasting! The morale and trust of the company weakens as years go by because absolutely nothing changes and a blind eye and deaf ear is turned to the spoken truth.
