      Pros

      - Large range of work with much opportunity to learn and grow - No micro management - Excellent team and coworkers - Great company culture - Unlimited PTO and very flexible work/life balance - Small company, not corporate - Insurance Premiums mostly covered by company

      Cons

      I love the small company vibe at HL and the salary is pretty good, however it is hard to compete with tech giants in terms of resources. This is not necessarily a con however it does result in losing talent to larger companies periodically (which may be unavoidable anyway).

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, no micromanagement, and remote work are great... upper management team's accessible and willing to listen.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains. Lots of growth lately especially means sometimes heavy workloads, so some secondary projects that would be nice to have get lost in the shuffle.
