In Spain, it's even worse than UAE. There is extreme lack of leadership and knowledge. The company's strategy changes every 3 months and they do not care absolutely anything about firing people. In 6 months, +20 people were fired. If you stand as a person with ideas, personality and defend your rights, you will be fired, the company doesn´t care about you. You will work more hours than needed, Home Office is badly seen (yeah, they are like an old company where sitting in your chair 9hs is the best thing for them). Not result-driven, only micromanaging and terror management. They have always been harsh in "results" but in that way, they never got any results. Nepotism, all friends and family grow, despite they don´t have the resources and knowledge to do it. Human Resources is tied by their hands, the people who stand firm are fired and the others survive, abiding by toxic decisions. Constantly very important roles are changing (red flag). VERY Toxic Environment generated by the culture of the company. Btw, putting three 5 stars comments on the same day will not change what you are.
