Pros
It's a good company to work for. Benefits available day one. Tuition reimbursement after a year. 2-3 weeks vacation to start with. Cafeteria that sells hot and cold food daily along with snacks.
Cons
Uses old out of date software which makes it harder to complete things within certain deadlines. I don't feel like I'm cared about as an individual They just want me to do my work so that their jobs are easier.
