3yI am sorry that you had a negative experience working for Huvepharma. Although overtime is an important factor to many, it is our goal to work overtime as needed while allowing for our employees to also have a work/life balance. It is true that we have not had a full-time Human Resources representative on-site at all of our facilities due to the small employee populations; however, our Human Resources team travels to all of our locations on a regular basis and are available by telephone, email and text at all times. We also have a Non-Harassment and Anti-Retaliation Policy and annual compliance training for all of our employees. In this training our investigation process is communicated. Huvepharma has a zero tolerance for discriminatory behavior and investigates all complaints when made to managers or the Human Resources department, and addresses these complaints appropriately. Lastly, our current leadership over our facilities ensure that the facilities are well maintained, and meet all appropriate FDA, USDA, OSHA and other state and federal regulations.
