Pros
U will get the salary in time. Package is best even from the MNC provided package. 3 to 4 lpa to a fresher. Office usually give retreats once in couple of months.
Cons
Salary structure might not be well favourable to new employees. And a little work pressure is there if someone is a fresher. I don't know if such things are also present in other companies. I guess it's a normal thing and I am just telling what I feel like.
