Pros
Great leadership including an awesome CEO; competitive salary and benefits (100% of my health/vision/dental is paid for); casual work environment and flexible hours; snacks and some on-site meals; exposure to top-tier investors and big-time partners; amazing revenue growth and projections; an innovative and critical industry to operate in (that's still being defined).
Cons
401K match seems slightly low and no paid maternity leave shocked me. There was little formal training and on-boarding, which surprised me for such a technical product. I also wish the office was within walking distance of the Mountain View CalTrain stop.
