Pros

People, tech resources, and hybrid.

Cons

Sometimes felt like you couldn’t trust people, a lot of blame game verses growth by learning from mistakes, fixing and moving forward. Instead it’s blamed on this team or that team or or this team member with chatter behind your back. But mostly it was a great experience, they are a shady organization with lots of talent and resources. Just a few people that need to own up to stuff, and not do what it takes to advance at the expense of others. That’s all

Pros

Always busy in an ever changing industry. Will gain a lot of knowledge with the variety of clients and carriers.

Cons

Heavy workloads without relief, high turnover, aggressive work environment, no real training program. Claims to be transparent with an open door policy however people are hand picked (not based on qualifications) for specific roles that were not offered to all workers within the company. If you have a concern/issue and bring it to their attention with ideas of how to help, you are questioned aggressively and made to look like you are not a team player and insubordinate- even when you don’t have one client complaint or anything negative in your file. Management creates the tone and unfortunately the recently promoted person in the private client sector has created an environment where people are scared to come forward with questions and concerns .
