Pros

-Cutting-edge technology-working on next-gen autonomous ag drones (like the HYL series) that are actually transforming precision agriculture. -High autonomy and ownership: As a production engineer, you're trusted to own processes end-to-end, from assembly optimization to scaling output in our expanding Texas facility. -Fast-paced growth environment: The company is scaling production aggressively (aiming for thousands of units/year), so you see your improvements directly impact real output and revenue. -Talented mission-driven team: Everyone is passionate about American-made innovation, NDAA compliance, and beating foreign competitors in ag tech. -Great learning opportunities: Exposure to mechanical, electrical, assembly, quality control, and even some software integration-perfect for someone who wants broad experience in advanced manufacturing. -Solid compensation and upside: Competitive pay for the area, plus real potential for equity/advancement as the company grows (recent funding rounds show momentum). -Supportive leadership that values input from engineers on the floor.

Cons

-Startup life means things can change quickly — priorities shift as we scale the new facility and ramp -Still building out some formal processes (typical for a fast-growing hardware company), so you need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats

Pros

Not Applicable or not enough time to discern.

Cons

No feedback on performance, shady safety practices, ignorance of OSHA. No means to pursue ADA accommodations and requirement to submit any complaint against the company to the county judge so they can avoid direct accountability to state law.
