Pay and vacation package was good. Upper management always provided Area Managers with company shirts, coats and many other items. This was a great job less the real con that’s going to be listed
Cons
Korean Management was terrible. Treated American area managers as something inferior to them. Zero ethics. The had no problem at all with filing an insurance claim on some products, get paid and then six months later selling the product to the Korean customer as zero defects. Color problems or defects? They run a “repair” area that is also Korean where they hide the defects so sneak past the customers QC. If the customer tours the plant that area “disappears “. Extrealy poor production planning and inventory control. If you are not Korean you will never raise above Area Manager.
