Pros

Nothing. I could not see any pros in this company except pay date is 20-22 of the month.

Cons

Application for HTNS PU (ATM Department) Only- Korean management is bad. They don't even know how to talk. Indian managers only know boot licking of Korean. Leave policies are disastrous. No Planning of work. Any resource can be assigned with any work. If you don't like boot licking you may not fit with Korean. ATM application is very unstable. They have only one project in India. Korean treat Indian colleague like slaves. Management don't trust on their employees. You have to inform a day before you get sick otherwise your leave days will be deducted from salary. So many fake commitments before joining and after that no one is responsible No management hierarchy. You will never know who is your manager and everyone is your manager in this company. No body is ready to join so they can pay anything to get resources in trap.

-Good benefits package -Plenty of great learning opportunities -Opportunity for overtime with 1.5x rate pay

Cons

-Low pay for the work you do, scope of work is extremely broad and requires very many different skills -If not fond of company politics, will often find oneself neglected in the work environment -Expect to be worked a lot, the average hours of work for two weeks for this role is 90 hours (sometimes 80, 90, or even 100 hours in two work weeks) -Be prepared for burnout, even if you believe yourself to not be human but a working machine, even machines will break down under chronic stress -Limited opportunities for salary or career growth, even if you had an extremely positive annual performance review -Will receive write-ups or warnings over small things, but receive no appraisal -With current reorganization, work schedules are extremely inconsistent and no longer predictable
