Nothing to show as pros because no growth

I resigned from Hyper Future (Chinese e-commerce company in Islamabad), and I can confidently say this is one of the worst companies to work for. There is no growth, no support, and no learning. only exploitation. Management is extremely poor, leadership is toxic, and employees are treated like disposable labor. The work environment is mentally exhausting and hostile. Salary deductions are routine. they have endless excuses to cut pay, delay salaries, and justify unfair treatment. There is no transparency, no employee rights, and no accountability at any level. The Chinese management’s attitude toward local staff is arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Communication is rude, pressure is constant, and appreciation is nonexistent. The so-called “professional culture” shown during hiring is completely fake. Its just a trap to pull people in. This company destroys motivation, confidence, and mental peace. Joining Hyper Future was a total waste of time and energy. Worst office environment I’ve experienced in Islamabad. If you care about your career, dignity, and mental health. do NOT join this company.

My experience working with Hyper Future, a subsidiary of Roundaful in China, located in Pakistan, was the worst of my life. I strongly advise never risk your dignity and time here. My attempt to resign was met with unprofessional behavior from my female Chinese manager, who tore up my resignation letter and demanded that I replace my words mentioned in letter about her. Despite my legal right to address workplace issues, she terminated and demoted me. I reported these problems to the external HR firm hired by Hyper Future, but their role seemed more about silencing employees than resolving issues. Thats why they have hired external hr just to shut the mouth of employees. Even after my resignation, the company promised not to demote me and to provide an experience letter, which they later denied, citing past issues. Hyper Future and its external HR firm, AIA Global Resources, have shown a lack of integrity, including unjust salary deductions and delays. Their toxic behavior and mistreatment of employees make them a poor choice for employment. Avoid this company to prevent being scammed and disrespected.
