Navigating through periods of change and uncertainty was indeed challenging for everyone. We recognize the impact of the decisions we had to make, including two necessary but regrettable layoffs that occurred last year, which unfortunately aligns with the gaming industry during that time.
Regarding compensation, we strive to fairly compensate our employees for their contributions. We acknowledge there have been delays in planned increases since last summer. We've endeavoured to communicate honestly with employees and keep them informed on where the business is during the challenging period we've been through.
