Pros

At Hyperscience, the technology is truly cutting-edge, and it's exciting to be part of a team that's pushing the boundaries of AI and automation. There’s also a clear path for growth here - whether it’s through career progression or professional development, there are always opportunities to advance and learn. The collaborative culture is also something special - teams are constantly working together across functions, and you can feel how everyone’s contributions are valued. Plus, the work we’re doing has real impact. It’s not just about building and marketing cool technology, it’s about solving real-world problems that matter. Leadership is also transparent and communicative, which really helps you feel connected to the company’s vision and where it’s headed.

Cons

Truthfully, not too many cons. One thing to keep in mind is that things can move fast here, so if you're not comfortable with a fast-paced environment, it might take some getting used to. The company is remote-friendly, but if you're based in a hub city like New York, we do have amazing office spaces available for those who prefer the in-office experience. There are also plenty of chances to travel and meet colleagues in person if you value face-to-face interactions with the team.

Pros

Hyperscience is a true leader in the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) space, utilizing genuinely cutting-edge AI and ML models to create a product demonstrably superior to its competitors. Beyond the technology, the work environment offers significant flexibility and trust: there is very little micromanagement, allowing employees to maintain a positive work-life balance and manage their own workflow.

Cons

The company is currently in a high-intensity growth mode, which translates at times into a demanding and ambiguous environment. While the high degree of flexibility is a major pro, the flip side is the expectation that every employee must be a true owner, proactively driving their own work without constant supervision.

Pros

Pays well. Great front line employees. Decent Benefits

Cons

Terrible Leadership that doesn't listen or seem to care. Their arrogance is so surprising in that they don't care about anyones opinion or seem to worry about the mass exodus of employees and legacy knowledge fleeing the company. They've had multiple rounds of layoffs with little to no communication or plan. Definitely do your homework before considering going here. They've let go a large number of employees but never backfilled and expects everyone to do work outside of what they were hired for. They keep combining roles with no consideration of workload or work life balance. They've taken do more with less way to far to the point people are leaving.
