Pros
There's some good people at the company. The job is not terribly demanding. The benefits are currently okay. The product is excellent.
Cons
The company is not what it was even 10 years ago. The managerial structure is badly bloated with people that are not competent and cost a lot of money. The management can't make decisions which has massively frustrated most of the workers. Benefits and profitability have been steadily declining.
