Good Insurance Package, Fairly paid salary,

Monthly Paid Salary, Harsh working environment

for entry level job payment is decent, insurance great, us holidays+ everymonth 1 pto, probation kinda exist but benefit is same, good company title, open to OPT and TN visa people And thanks to hyundai motors people at least know "hyundai" the name itself

Pay is decent however work hours are usually very long they put 30minute "break" which is a fugazi and making lunch break 1:30minute it causes along day at work + 7am start time , VISA for opt and TN is "easy" however they are not gonna sponsor any Greencard sponsorship (0%) HEA is also project based hiring system so as all construction companies do they jump around place to other places. Which ,,, job security is weak or none since after project is over WFR(work force reduction) is on the way ~ Also benefit hiring all related policies and guideline changes everyday seems like HR is not even sure what to do time to time so long story short,,,, for a year ~ newbie job this is not bad start but who wants stable and long term career look somewhere else
