Cons
Management either do not have clue what is happening or do not know how to manage a business that is very disorganised. There are too many in leadership positions who are out of touch with how the teams are operating or in the majority of cases NOT operating. The company are acquiring businesses without thinking about how these will be integrated and seem to be surprised by basic business and event processes that have been brought to ITE’s attention only through these acquired businesses which is worrying. The structure is chaotic with no transparency from management and actions taken are insincere and implemented with little to no regard to the negative consequences that arise consistently. ITE is lacking in key areas such as finance which is appalling and technology which is non-existent. HR only work in the interest of the company not the employees - no doubt they will respond as per similar comments to speak to them about these issues, but this does not work, or they do not listen. It is the ITE way only as they are too single minded with implementing this ethos instead of listening to people who have hands on experience with the events and even event businesses in general. This is a common thought amongst the many not the few.
