Pros
The job is a very simple and enjoyable one. The curriculum is easy to teach. The small centers make it easy to form relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
Cons
The management is trying to get as much from teachers as they possibly can. Both the owner of the company and the country director actually laughed at me for suggesting that a 27 hour teaching schedule was a very full schedule by industry standards. Management is pushing to get teachers to a 44 hour schedule across the board by assigning pointless busy work just to show on paper that hourly pay is lower. Expect pointless meetings, office hours, layers of bureaucracy, and a company that thinks VERY little of the people who work for it.
