      Pros

      A very good workplace environment, friendly and good. Very professionally managed recruiting company. Low key, genuine. Place to be for performers. good returns. Good place to start your career. Getting to the managerial positions is difficult, so had to quit.

      Cons

      Decisions are slow and mostly driven by parent company.
