Pros
People can be nice if you stay on their good side/are in a good mood, but overall very inconsistent.
Cons
Seemed great at first, but found out management is bad about playing favorites and the communication between departments was horrible. Felt like I wasn’t trusted there and looked down on because of my age. Got in trouble for things that were just gossip and regularly done by other employees without management batting an eye. Several of my coworkers regularly complained about how they “hated” it there, but were “stuck,” then was treated very disrespectfully when I turned in my notice.
