The projects at IA are incredibly varied and provide opportunities to learn about all sorts of industries and technologies, all as part of a truly integrated multi-disciplinary project team. The people are best-in-class and the camaraderie results in colleagues who quickly become friends. Formal learning opportunities through project work are met with equally valuable opportunities to learn from the designers, researchers, and strategists who work alongside you.

Cons

The firm has grown quite quickly in the past few years due to the exceptional output and client relationships, but the organization is still catching up on codifying processes & policies to match its scale. The leadership team has made it a high priority to do so, and while it is still underway, genuine progress can be seen in recent professional development, career management, and benefits updates.
