Pros
This company has a very talented engineering team. You work very closely with your colleagues, creating a good network of contacts and friends
Cons
Horrid management from top-down. VPs don't know how to take responsibility for their failures and use the employees they are responsible for as scapegoats. This has accounted for several terminations that have come out of the blue. The salary for all positions is well below the medium. For every 3 employees that leave or get fired they hire a new VP, which has resulted in an extremely top heavy organization. IAM Robotics does not have a viable product. They advertise have four lines of robots, three of which have been put through obsolescence at the end of 2021. The only remaining robot line they have left can not be built, as they terminated every employee that knew how to build it. Extremely high turnover for technical positions. (Company has been losing roughly one to two employees a week since September 2021) Employee morale keeps plummeting and the company itself is hemorrhaging the talent that brought them the success they found before moving to Lawrenceville. There is no visible future, employees are told to "Trust the Management" that has continuously failed to produce any form of long-term plan other than "Get bought out by making the company appear to be successful".
