Pros
Lots of good people and it can be a relaxing environment, but it depends a lot on your position and your skills. The products are generally quite good and liked.
Cons
Not much perks, a bun per week and free coffee, that is it. If you hope to attend some training, conferences or whatever might cost something, just forget it, will not happen. This should be an engineering company with some higher values or goals, but it is run by people that only cares about money and sales records. They have little understanding of any values except money, and that money is surely going to management, sales staff and owners, never anything extra to ordinary employees. It is very hard to innovate and improve things in an environment where too many people just do not want change. Everything is made to be impossible here. The best thing you can hope for is that management leave you alone and does not interfere with you.
