Good benefits , 53$/hr journeyman rate after 5 years of school and ojt

low pay for the first 4 years compared to non union (16$, 18$, 20$, and 23$/hr before union dues and school fees ) , no overtime , no pto or paid sick days , no paid vacation , no paid holidays
