+ salary + exposure to wild ducks who inspire and mentor beyond the big blue spectrum + exposure to incredible clients and business problems + exposure to bleeding edge tech - if you can get on those projects
Cons
+ leadership is laughable + the most mind boggling business problem here is IBM itself... too big to sail + the archaic systems, insane process, & ever-shifting org structures only make sense in chaos theory. + there is no excuse for how incredible talent is systematically molded into a culture that is cynical, apprehensive, and unsure of the future.
