Not a good choice to continue here after 5 years since it's very difficult to get a vertical growth, no proper hike , a few managers lack professionalism ( depends on projects and departments) , no proper KT plan for the laterals , a fewer managers over commit to customers and pressurises the team to meet the deliverables which greatly impact work life balance , again cannot generalize it depends on project to project . Overall I have a mixed review since I have worked across multiple projects for different customers
