Over the past year, IBT Apps has embraced significant organizational changes, including restructuring our management team, to better align with our vision, mission, and values. These decisions, while challenging, are crucial for fostering our ongoing growth and enhancing our operational efficiency. We are proud to report 27% growth, demonstrating the positive impact of these changes. The health and financials are shared with the entire team each month, making sure every team member is completely aware of the health of the business.
We are also thrilled to announce in May of this year, our team successfully completed one of the best core conversions from the perspective of our customer, setting a new standard for excellence and innovation within our company.
Despite various factors influencing departures, such as military service, we have maintained a remarkably low turnover rate of 4% in 2024. We deeply respect and support our employees' life decisions and are committed to their success, both within and beyond our company.
