Pros

Really nice office space and a high-energy team environment. People work well together and actually enjoy collaborating. The weekly team/company lunches are a nice touch, and weekly win celebration meetings. Bob Ordiena, our COO, is very dedicated and genuinely cares about the team. He has tremendous knowledge of the industry, celebrates wins, and is always available when things get tough.

Cons

Nothing major so far, just the usual Florida traffic.

Pros

I started here in a much smaller role and have had the opportunity to grow alongside the company over the past two decades. That alone says something. The kind of place where people stick around and build real careers isn’t as common as it should be. The culture has matured significantly over the years. We went through the growing pains that any company does when scaling from a small operation to a 70+ person team, but leadership actually listened and adapted rather than just powering through. The direction we’re heading now, particularly on the technology side, is the most exciting it’s ever been. There’s real investment in innovation, not just talk.

Cons

Twenty years means I’ve seen the rough patches too. Scaling isn’t always smooth. There have been periods where communication between departments lagged behind the pace of growth, and organizational changes sometimes took longer than they should have. Like any company in a competitive industry, there’s pressure to move fast, and that can stretch people thin at times.

Pros

Long term outlook for a career. The average tenure of a sales executive or employee in the sales department exceeds 10 years. How can a culture so horrible sustain longevity? Regarding the review from 1/17/26: The COO is not a bully. Is he a strong willed strong personality? Yes. And so what? Who has ever over achieved and succeeded in private business that is not an Alpha type personality, male or female? Did the compensation change for the first time in 5 years? Yes. Is it a crime that an organization who has never paid its sales team on anything other than what they sell regardless of ebbs and flows has decided to create guardrails? If your the type to just sit around and wait and no matter what you get paid, you know what? YOU do not belong in sales. Someone show me a sales oriented organization that does not have quotas, goals and tier structures that reward performers and I'll show you a flailing organization. IC Realtime is not for everyone. Its fast paced and not your average Joe or Jane will survive. For those that are above average, you'll be hard pressed to make the money that is available here. Try a public traded company that stifles your income regardless of the growth you bring. Try a company that front loads you a salary, expects you to hit massive growth and than gives you a trip to an island as your reward and will equally fire as you as fast for not hitting their needs. All the while the shareholders live at the top along with the executive team. Then tell us all how bad it is here...

Cons

All companies are not perfect and yes, even IC Realtime has issues but none of them are purposeful and none of them are ignored. There's cons everywhere, in every business. Its not the "con", its how you react, pivot and find the path you need to in order to succeed.
