      Some employees are good and hours are flexible

      Cons

      Lack of communication, disorder, jealousy of new employers and more. Very poor organised company. Some people at the company are just Fake and "smile at your face"

      1. Very hierarchical 2. Job insecurity 3. Not much scope for innovative ways of working 4. Very limited areas for career progression 5. Very sales and target oriented 6. Culture is very siloed
