The camaraderie within teams is great, and if you are proactive and consistent in trying to form connections with staff in other departments, the ICA is a solid place to expand your artistic network.

The various departments are fairly isolated from each other, with very different working atmospheres and pay/benefits. It seems to be something that they are working to improve.
