Pros
Fun atmosphere, great coworkers, free food every once in a while, room for moving to another position if your good at your job, tons and tons of positions are posted, rate discounts on Auto, Motorcycle, RV, and CC's, GAP Discount. Different schedule shifts based on performance honestly not hard to get a good schedule just do the job it's pretty simple after a few months, two 15 minutes breaks plus lunch break each day, great work life balance when your off your off you don't bring any work stuff home no emails on your phone no phone calls, quarterly raises of $0.25 if you hit your goal (pretty easy to do), Gym membership discount, great benefits at a great cost, 401k, PTO about 5 hours per pay check but that goes up the longer you work at ICCU
Cons
Can be back to back busy call after call, some metrics to adhere to buy what job doesn't, can apply for positions multiple times and not get it but I feel like that's any job and or because a better applicant applied, you don't get paid more for speaking multiple languages, no Cafeteria in building, no gym in building.
