Pay is fair, work is not too difficult, there are very established processes on what you need to do and how to do it

Typical small company problem - completely unimaginative leadership, everyone tiptoes around the owner/CEO and dares not upset him, because he has a fragile ego and likes to build himself up as an important and wise person who can preach to others, but never really discuss or face criticism.

Excellent work/life balance, flexible work time, enough leave time, very good salary. Great team - talented, dedicated, knowledgeable. I have some best friends among my colleagues. Management is not too rigid, we could steer the (technology) direction quite a bit.

Rather small company with not plans/prospects for growth in the foreseeable future. Maybe management should a little bit more involved. Working in operations is always stressful.
