      Great place to work! One of the best benefit packages in Manhattan. Free coffee! Lots of company events. Lots of opportunities, if you are willing to learn and work hard.

      Cons

      Nothing falls into your lap. You have to work hard for advancement.

      Pros

      ICE purchased the company I worked at for 10+ years. The SMG proved to have a machine mentality.

      Cons

      I have since moved on. Can't say I had any negative interactions.
