Pros

There are not any pros left lately. Indian management trying to prove themselves at the cost of making employees life a mess. Toxic environment,Micro management.

Cons

-Worst Indian management - 4 days a week working from office - Poor quality transport, that too provided by making employees feel as if company is doing a big favour. - false promises given to employees of opening west side office facility before joining. - bonus component included which is effective 2025 but due to that increment of 2024 is impacted. - worst food vendor, but management does not bother to change it. - in a nutshell save yourself from joining ICE MT

Pros

The company itself is long time in business, and pretty stablished.

Cons

1) No matter how hard you work, if you are not in HQ and close to leaders there, no one will ever recognize you. 2) the promotions and supports is based on gender and race rather than work and performance. if you look at the company's Dev and operation teams promotion in management in last 10 years, you will easily notice that almost more than 90% ( without any kind of exaggeration) were women, and mostly indian women. dont take my word for it just research and see that yourself. this "Women in leadership" program they have is a nightmare if you are a hard worker and you gender is a male, that guarantees you never will be given a chance to grow. Another thing is operation and Dev indian leadership domination. that kills any diverse minorities. the operation indian leader (Ray) is always make sure that h1 and L1 visas are updates on-time and indians keep their job and they are not impacted by any kind of lay offs. you will feel huge unfairness if you are not part of them.
