      Pros

      The company always pushes its employees to evolve, learn and succeed. It provides courses, tools and whatever you need. The vibe is great, people are nice and the work is super interesting.

      Cons

      Its a corporate so a lot of bureaucracy involved. The company is an industrial one so the main focus is on the plants and not the IT - so there is so much you can do there in the technological area.

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
