They have open PTO so you don't have a predetermined amount of vacation and sick time. It is determined by your manager so this can be a good thing but it can also be a bad thing.
Cons
Massive turnover rate and they are constantly moving people to different roles with different responsibilities and to different divisions - and these changes happen regardless of the employee wants them to or not. Having your responsibilities, your department coworkers and your manager constantly change causes chaos, frustration and decreased comradery. Senior management also has substantial turnover (i.e. multiple CEOs in the last two years). This has a huge impact on the company. Not only do they have constant changes to employee roles and responsibilities but they have frequent changes to the company divisions and reporting structure. Bottom line is the company structure is chaotic, the company’s future is uncertain, the company culture is dreadful, and the employee morale and job satisfaction is staggeringly low. Advice to people considering a job at ICP - ask questions! Ask how many changes the department had in the last year. Ask to see an org chart from today and one year ago. Ask for the company turnover rate and why that rate is what it is. Getting these answers will answer your question of whether or not you want to work there, and that answer will most evidently be no.
