Pros
I am a working mom now. I delivered my child a few months back. Thanks to the management of ICRI because I got a lot of support. I was provided with 3 months of maternity leave. And after this, they asked me to continue my job but this time from home. I am still working from home and I used to go office once in a while. I am pretty sure that if I am in some other company, I will be jobless today. ICRI is an organization that values its employees.
