Pros

Kevin Prior is great . Co-workers were also great within my department.

Cons

Be aware to ask a lot of questions about flexibility in your interview, some managers will be your worst nightmare if you don't like to be micromanaged. Having worked elsewhere since COVID happened I am still astonished at the lack of understanding and micromanagement. You will be told what time exactly to start and end your day, managed to your messenger availability and overall not trusted to do your job well. If you want to be involved in the employee planning committee that will need to be your lunch break that day, even though it helps you to network and the meetings are at 10am. If you want a balanced family life do not talk about getting your kids from school or family appointments as you will need to take hourly time off to do so, even though you are salaried. You will also spend much of your time explaining your work to your manager and less of your time actually doing it. Be warned its a great company, but get granular in your interview about how you will be managed and ask lots of questions about autonomy.

Pros

Triage department does some of the initial contacts.

Cons

Management is going in the wrong direction. New changes and processes with added work while taking tools away to help you do your work. The changes and processes are meant to cut costs to help the company expand while overworking the adjusters which negatively impacts claims handling and services provided to customers.
