Pros
For the most part the employees are friendly and willing to help. Nice office location.
Cons
Leadership - especially within Marketing and Customer Experience. If you see a position within each of those departments, save yourself the time and apply elsewhere. Data - although data is a problem at most companies, I've never seen anything like this. No data warehouse or governance, worst misuse of Salesforce to where customer communications start with "dear valued customer", no data around why customers are contacting the company, and the list goes on and on. The problem is they pride themselves on tremendous growth, but they need to do a much better job of building the infrastructure in order to scale. The most outdated systems I've worked. Work Life Balance - 60+ hour work weeks are the expectation. Pay - is far below most companies and the bonus is awful which is why they refuse to talk about it during the hiring process unlike most reputable companies.
