      Pros

      Great interview prep for potential positions. Great that they were based in FL but helped me find a job in Charlotte.

      Cons

      They forgot about me when I was in crisis after having been told my position would not continue right before Thanksgiving. I was told they'd work to find me another position, but my handler went on vacation and forgot about me.

      Pros

      Friendly people, good communications, I feel that they are looking out for my interests as a Contract/Contract-to-hire Designer. The onboarding process is easy, timesheet and time tracking is straightforward, they are easy to work with during all parts of the process.

      Cons

      No downsides that I've encountered.

      ICX Is the best staffing job. The culture is great and your work is valued. They pay well and the team is the best I have experienced

      cant think of any cons. staffing in general has cons, ups and downs. you have to roll with it
