They seemed to have a surplus of upper management that appeared to have little leadership ability. Due to fluctuating business, there was many layoffs that seemed to affect more senior technical positions. Lack of advancement opportunity due to small size of company. It appeared like they tolerated abusive, sexist and racist language by long time employees which made me feel uncomfortable. Many employees seemed like they were disgruntled and lacked respect for customers. If your not from North Dakota you probably won't like the weather in the winter. Open cubicle layout was noisy and could be distracting.
